About Denishia

I would describe my personality as compassionate, upbeat, and open minded. I like caring for people because it's my passion. It brings me joy knowing that I can assist in such a small way, but so significant for those in need. Working with the aging population also provides a wealth of knowledge pertaining to life that only comes from living. I love encouraging others to maintain their independence. I have over 10 years of working with the aging population and those who have intellectual/physical disabilities. And it's no surprise to me that I've learned so much as to different perspectives and appreciating life at all stages. I'm looking for a job that paves a path for me to work in the field I love. I'm looking to start my own non-medical, in-home, home care business by the end of the year. I want to gain more experience to strengthen my delivery in care in all areas. My skills include elite communication, personal care, and observation/documentation/reporting.
