Tracy is truly a Godsend! She has cared for our 4 month old for the past two months. She is so knowledgeable, diligent, and most importantly maintains a warm loving environment for our child. Additionally, she is great at creating developmentally appropriate learning activities to engage our baby girl throughout the day. As first time parents, we were so nervous about having someone else care for her other than family---but Tracy truly has exceeded our expectations.
