Tracy worked taking care of my mother for 5 months. They became good friends and my mom loved her. With her experience I relied on her for updates on my mom's health and care. Tracy went beyond what I would have considered normal. She filled in open shifts at the drop of a hat. Working sometimes over 70 hours a week.
