About Traci

I'm a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver who loves helping children learn, grow, and feel safe. I've cared for children since I was a teenager, raised two wonderful sons who are now grown, and have traveled numerous times on my own with groups of up to 20 tweens and teens, strengthening my ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and confidently manage multiple children in a variety of situations. I believe children thrive with a balance of love, structure, and encouragement. I support children in expressing themselves while providing consistent routines, clear expectations, and a safe, nurturing environment. I'm happy to help with activities, homework, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and more. My goal is to provide dependable, personalized care that gives parents peace of mind while helping children feel valued, supported, and encouraged every day.
