Hi there! I'm Shai, a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver who's passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment. I've worked as a teacher's assistant for toddlers, where I supported early learning, development, and creativity through structured activities and play. I also worked with parents as a Nurturing Practitioner helping them build positive parenting skills and stronger family relationships to create healthier home environments. Currently, I'm a Patient Care Assistant working with infants battling Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS). This role has strengthened my ability to provide compassionate care, remain calm under pressure, and offer comfort and stability to babies with special medical needs. Whether I'm caring for little ones or supporting families, my goal is always the same -- to create a warm, understanding, and supportive atmosphere where every child feels safe, loved, and encouraged to shine.
