Tracey has been a godsend with our son this week with some last minute changes to our schedule. She has been so kind, engaging and loving with him and it's brought so much peace of mind. She's not afraid to be silly and sing and dance to keep him entertained. Since I'm WFM, I get to hear all of his giggles and I know he's genuinely having a good time. In addition, she's mature and independent but also very communicative and not afraid to check-in. I'm actually a little nervous for our son to go back to daycare because he REALLY likes Tracey!
