I'm a PG and Montgomery , Maryland care professional with nearly 10 years of experience supporting older adults and their families. As a Care Manager and Home Health Aide, I coordinated doctor appointments, shared results clearly with families, and kept detailed records so caregivers, doctors, and relatives stayed on the same page.
