Making a difference in someone's life is my calling. For the past eight years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing families with verbal updates, written daily reports, and always adhering to their preferred method. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion or behavioral changes. I am also CPR trained. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. Knowing I can provide peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is why I love what I do.
