About Todd

My experience caring for family has shown me the importance of a supportive, compassionate, caregiver. I'm patient, friendly, and approachable. Understanding someone's preferences and history is important to me. As a job coach for adults with disabilities for two years, I worked daily helping adults toward greater independence and reaching their goals through on the job training. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion. I'm also trained in CPR and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
