It is with the utmost gratitude and admiration that we write this letter to recommend Stephanie Lenyonga for her exceptional care of our beloved mother, during her battle with terminal throat cancer from January 2025 until her passing. Over the course of more than four months, Stephanie provided unparalleled support, compassion, and professionalism, becoming an invaluable part of our family’s journey through this difficult time.   Our mother affectionately referred to Stephanie as her “angel,” a testament to the extraordinary care and kindness she provided. Stephanie’s skills extended far beyond her professional duties; she approached her work with genuine care, patience, and consideration, helping our family navigate the emotional and physical challenges of end-of-life care. Her ability to connect with our mother on a personal level made her feel loved and dignified, even in her most vulnerable moments.   Stephanie’s dedication was evident in every aspect of her care. She meticulously tended to our mother’s needs, including bathing, treating bed sores, changing linens, managing Depends and undergarments, and dressing her with care and respect. Her attentiveness ensured our mother’s comfort and dignity throughout her incapacitation. Stephanie’s reliability was unwavering—she never missed a day, adapting her schedule to meet our mother’s needs at home, during doctor’s appointments, in the hospital, and through hospice care.   Beyond her technical skills, Stephanie’s emotional support was a lifeline for our family. She became like a sister to our mother and a trusted confidante to us, offering strength and compassion as we faced the loss of our loved one. Her presence brought peace to our mother and reassurance to our family, and we truly do not know how we would have managed without her.   We wholeheartedly recommend Stephanie Lenyonga to any family or organization seeking a caregiver who combines exceptional skill with profound empathy. She is dependable, highly skilled, and deeply committed to providing the highest standard of care.
