I have been working as a Caregiver since 2001 so I have more experience, when I was young I used to help with taking care of my granny who had Alzheimer's so I learned a lot of things from that, because of that I develop a passion of taking care and help those who can't help themselves, I have a big heart so I have a lot to offer, I have experience with people with Alzheimer's and dementia. Just looking at the face of somebody you've helped and they feel good for themselves, playing games, makes me feel happy.

Tiyamika, (we called her Tia) cared for our mother until December 2014 when she passed away. Towards the end mom had advanced Alzheimer's and unable to speak or otherwise make her wishes knows. The beautiful thing about Tia is that she took care of mom effortlessly. She could tell by mom's movements or expression what she needed. She took care of her in such a loving way. When I watched them together I could tell that mom felt save with her and that she felt loved. Any time anything was up with mom, Tia would reach out immediately. She is so helpful and caring. I would have her take care of me when I age. By the way, my whole family loves and adores her! She is a wonderful caregiver.
