The quality of life is not a destination, it's a journey! I am patient, loving, dependable, trustworthy, responsible and understanding with the elderly! I also help families by suggesting anything for the best interest of their loved one. I can help keep them physically active as I was a certified fitness instructor for 17 yrs. The bottom line is I love to laugh, have fun, and motivate people! I think outside the box, that's why I'm GREAT at this. I am sometimes available for emergencies.

I hired Judy to help me with my illness. She is so thoughtful, patient, and full of energy. She is flexible and works well around my schedule . She has definitely exceeded my expectations with her concern to make my day very enjoyable. When she meets anyone, she makes them laugh as she is so funny. Her credentials as a fitness instructor, communications degree, and very experienced caregiver makes her the best and obvious choice!! I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of caring help.
