About Tinishia

I'd describe my personality as an outgoing people person who has never met a stranger. I like working with kids because they appreciate everything and are brutally honest. I think we need that to stay grounded. I'm looking for a job that allows me to assist a family who needs someone reliable to work with. I started working with kids when my son was a toddler, helping some of the parents who couldn't find someone to take care of their children while they worked. He is now 30 years old, and has his own family. In my spare time, I like to create content and read. One thing you should know about me is I want to help. My skills include patience, emotional control, problem solving and safety awareness. I will manage daily needs, ensure well-being while fostering development.
