Tracy cared for my 9-month-old granddaughter for a little less than a month. She was always punctual and quickly learned our daily routine. My granddaughter took to her quickly and greeted her with big smiles each morning. Tracy communicated well throughout the interview process, before her first day (confirming with us over the weekend), and she provided as much notice as possible when an unexpected event impacted her ability to return to work for us. We would hire her again if our availability lines up in the future.
