About Ting

Hello! My name is Ting, and I am a caring, responsible, and patient caregiver with a strong passion for working with children. I come from a big family and have been closely involved in helping raise my nine nieces and nephews. Throughout their childhood, I have consistently supported my siblings by assisting with daily care, routines, and early education. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of children's needs at different developmental stages, as well as how to communicate with them in a positive and supportive way. I hold a Master's degree from both an Agricultural University and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). My academic background allows me to support children not only in daily care, but also in learning and intellectual development. I enjoy helping children build curiosity, confidence, and good learning habits through conversation and interaction.
