Vanessa was nanny for our family for over a year; we wish we could have her with us forever, but ended up with a job change on our end. She is extremely reliable, punctual, and was able to be flexible with our schedule. She was great with our twin boys (from 9 months to almost 2 years old), and often watched our 4yo daughter as well with ease. She came up with great activities for all of them, encouraged reading, took them on outings to the library, and walks around the neighborhood. She communicates very well and was able to take direction easily according to our parenting style. She has a knack for knowing what is needed.
