In the beginning I was searching for an in-person tutor for my son. I wasn't sure about virtual lessons. Then we hired Tina and she totally changed my outlook on the effectiveness of virtual lessons. Her one on one attention is what helps him the most. His classrooms at school average twenty to thirty students per teacher and because of this he never receives the attention he needs to learn and excel. Tina has brought his grades to A's and B's and he is on track to make the honor roll. She also follows up with me right after lessons to summarize what work she covered. Tina and her virtual lessons have been more effective than any in person tutor I have ever hired for him and for that reason I recommend her to any parent looking for help for their child.

Tina is the best! As concerned parents of a 9 year old girl with ADHD we were delighted to meet Tina. She connected with our daughter immediately and was an incredible tutor. She greatly improved our daughter’s grades and put her on the Honor Roll three consecutive times. She is very supportive of flexible schedules, and does her best to accommodate conflicting events. We cannot say enough about the wonderful relationship we have with her. Our daughter is now entering middle school and we are confident Tina has prepared her for this coming year. We shall miss her deeply. However, we know we can count on her if we need her in the future.

Tina was phenomenal with my stepson! Not an easy feat, he doesn’t love school  so creating a successful tutoring environment is a challenge and Tina rose to the occasion! She was extremely communicative and organized which was very helpful for Mom and I 🩷 would recommend and will work with her again! 

Tina is so wonderful. She put in tremendous effort to make sure my son understood the curriculum and she goes above and beyond when it comes to communication and making sure you know what was completed. She is very organized and prompt with responses to questions. I highly recommend Tina as a tutor. 

Tutor Tina deserves every one of these five stars.  I cannot say enough good about her.  My kids (6, 12 and 13) love her, and honestly, she loves them.  I couldn't have asked for a better fit with a tutor to help keep my children on task.  As an added bonus, she teaches piano, and not all those stuffy songs that no kid wants to learn anymore.  She lets my son pick (eg. Lord of the Rings) which keeps him interested.  She is flexible and kind, while being organized and task driven.  There is no better tutor out there.

Tina has made a huge difference in my children’s academics. She has made a true difference and makes sure they really grasp the material taught in each subject. She is punctual and nails each lesson with them! My kids love her so much. I HIGHLY recommend her to anybody who is looking for a tutor.

After using Tina&#39;s services for about a year, I wish I could remove my previous positive review (which I was pressured into doing.....sound familiar?). She is not qualified to teach piano. I am now spending money to have my 9 year old daughter&#39;s incorrect piano playing corrected. After a year of around $200 per month towards piano lessons, one would think she can read music without the letters written all over the paper and know about &#34;Every good boy deserves fudge&#34;. I caught her DOING IXLs FOR my 7th grader, then sent me a bill for the &#34;extra&#34; time she spent with him. I would carefully monitor the &#34;help&#34; she is providing your child. Cheating in any fashion is unacceptable. I feel her malice is monetary motivated (she will pressure you so hard about rescheduling if you need to cancel, multiple annoying texts pushing you) which is not what us already stressed out, busy parents need. My fault for not vetting her better. Please don&#39;t let her nice, sweet demeanor fool you. Proceed with caution. 

Tina is AMAZING!!  She has managed to get my 15 year old son organized and engaged in school!  She helped him significantly improve his grades in a very short period of time.   He loves Tina and actually looks forward to tutoring each week!  Tina is easy to communicate with and an overall pleasure to interact with.  Best of all, she communicates with my son throughout the week and offers him reminders, support and guidance.  My only regret is not finding her sooner!  

Tina has been tutoring my first grader for about 6 months. We are seen marked improvements in her reading and math. We are very pleased with Tina and would recommend her to others! 

I could not have asked for a better tutor than Ms. Tina. She is everything we have been looking for. Contrary to another review, Tina has been very effective with our 9 year old ADHD daughter. After months of trying to get our daughter to focus and complete her lessons, we were anxious and frustrated. We are very fortunate to meet Tina. She has been a true blessing. Not only does our daughter complete her lessons, she looks forward to working with Tina. Her grades have improved across all subjects and she has placed on the honor role three times since. We highly recommend Tina and are confident that anyone who has ever met her will find her very professional. She is punctual, flexible, charming and accommodating. We cannot say enough. I hired Tina for my daughter with ADHD and she was very nice in beginning but started to  be extremely rude and always made excuses so much we could never get work done she has changed I fired her 3 months ago I would not recommend
