About Tina

I bring over 10 years of hands-on healthcare experience, working my way from caregiver to home health aide and nurse's aide. Before healthcare, I began my career in early childhood education as a pre-K teacher and later advanced to a director role, which strengthened my leadership, patience, and communication skills. Caregiving has always been in my nature. I spent six years personally caring for my mother, an experience that deepened my compassion and understanding of family needs. This journey inspired me to further my training and eventually start my own home care agency. Today, I am proud to serve my community with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for quality care.
