About Jody

I've been in the healthcare industry for over two decades. Most recently I have worked directly with the senior population in a physical therapy office and in fitness environments. I have several certifications in health and wellness. I'm a wellness coach with certifications in nutrition and exercise and life success coaching. I'm also a licensed massage therapist. I have worked as a licensed care giver in the past and enjoyed it thoroughly. It appears there is a growing need for in home care. I just recently took another course in Home Health Aide Care and look forward to beginning to work with seniors or anyone in need in their home, giving specialized care. Serving my community is a passion of mine. Personally I'm 47 yrs old, married and have two daughters away from home in college. I enjoy yoga, hiking, traveling, reading and learning.
