About Tina

We have been so incredibly lucky to have Miss Tina in our lives, and I don’t even know where to begin in describing what a blessing she has been to our family. As a work-from-home mom juggling multiple plates, I truly don’t know how we would function without her support, her wisdom, and her heart. Miss Tina has cared for our 2-year-old daughter for two months now, and the bond they share is something really special. Our daughter lights up the moment she hears that Miss Tina is coming. There is such trust, safety, and love in their relationship, and it gives me such peace of mind to know that my little one is in the hands of someone who treats her with the same care and tenderness as a grandmother would. Miss Tina isn’t just a nanny—she’s an angel. She helps with everything, always without being asked, and always with a calm and generous spirit. She meal preps for me during the week—yes, for me!—making healthy, delicious options that keep me nourished when I’m too busy to think about food. She folds our laundry neatly and helps us stay on top of the endless mountain of clothes that a young family inevitably produces. It’s the little things she does—wiping down the kitchen counters, quietly tidying up toys—that make such a difference in the flow of our home. She has a gift with children—gentle, patient, and intuitive. On days when our preschool-age son is home, she seamlessly takes care of both kids with grace and warmth. She somehow manages to engage them both while keeping the house calm and cozy. She sings, she reads, she teaches them little lessons through play, and most importantly, she listens. She really sees each child as an individual and meets them right where they are. Miss Tina is always punctual, reliable, and incredibly thoughtful. She brings such wisdom and life experience to her work, and yet she has the energy and playfulness of someone half her age. She never makes me feel like I’m asking for too much.
