About Sydney

Hi families! I'm Sydney! My love for working w/ kiddos has always been something that feels natural to me! My passion is to help kids feel safe, supported, understood, & confident as they grow. I genuinely love getting to know each child's personality & finding ways to make them feel comfortable, happy, & excited! I have 6+ years of experience working w/ children from newborns- elementary age. I've worked in both home and school settings, including SPED! I'm finishing my B. A. in Linguistics and plan to continue my education in Speech-Language Pathology. Outside of the everyday routines like meals, diapers, naps, school pickups, and bedtime, I love doing crafts, sensory activities, reading, outdoor play, & anything that gets kids engaged and having fun. Most importantly, I want parents to feel comfortable knowing their children are in good hands & genuinely cared for! I'm open to part-time, date-night, and occasional care, and I'd love to find a family that feels like the right fit!
