Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant with five years of experience providing compassionate senior care. I equally have CPR certification, I also have a vunerable adult mandated reported training certification. Am a degree graduate, speak good English. experienced and hands-on skills in respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and understanding. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. Building connections with care recipients is important to me, and I prioritize understanding their preferences and personal history. Supporting families and ensuring the well-being of their loved ones is my goal, and I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family.
