Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With six years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. I provide respite care, live-in home care, home health, and personal care. I also have experience with dementia and medical management. My approach involves patience, compassion, and professionalism. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, following their preferred method. CPR Training is among my certifications.
