About Tiffany

I have worked with Tiffany for over ten years as a coworker and as a supervisor for a summer program. Tiffany is a natural with children and is quick to build relationships and a rapport with them. She never talks down to children. She gets down to their level when giving directions or explanations. She follows through with requests in a caring, firm, and appropriate manner. Tiffany is very enthusiastic and always keeps children engaged while holding them to appropriate expectations. Tiffany has the inherent skills and characteristics one looks for in a person working with children. She is extremely flexible and displays good ability to make adjustments when, as often happens with children, things work out differently than planned. I would not hesitate to hire Tiffany to help care for children.
