About Madeleine

I am looking for a family to work with during my break from school! I am located in longmeadow from December 15th to January 16th. Hi! I'm a senior psychology major Gettysburg College (4. 0 gpa)! I have taken both developmental psych courses and work in the lab so I spend 6 hrs/week in preschools during the school year. I am a nanny for 4 kids- 1. 5, 2, 6, and 9, during the year. I have been working in paid childcare for 8 years- babysitting/nannying (8 years), camp counselor (3 years) and 1:1 aide for special needs children (3 years), PCA for adults with severe disabilities, and as a teacher for autistic children at a specialized school for ASD. I have volunteered with the tutoring and swimming programs, so I am great with homework and outside activities! I have experience with seizures, feeding tubes, diapers, nonverbal communication, and first aid. I am comfortable with pets, cooking and cleaning! I plan to go to graduate school for developmental psychology.
