I have known Tiffany since she was a teenager and have watched her work through all the phases of her life since then. I encouraged her as she worked alongside her husband, my son, as they earned their college degrees together. She earned an honorary Bachelor's Degree from BYU in Human Development. She went on to use her degree in numerous employment opportunities and then in her own home as a mother to their two young daughters. She enjoys her work with helping children succeed in life and has talents of creativity that she brings to her workplace to bring joy and feeling a sense of fulfillment into their young lives. There is always great respect and love shown to all who are under her care and I have seen her show protection and care for their personal needs as she understands each level of maturity as they grow.
