About Dalliana

Working with newborns as a newborn care specialist and sleep trainer has always been my passion. I've been in this industry for 25+ years. I bring a calm and compassionate presence to families during the earliest weeks and months while supporting both babies and parents through this important transition. I am deeply education driven and approach newborn care with intention structure and evidence aligned practices. My work is highly collaborative and family centered. In addition to hands on newborn care I am a parent and nanny educator which means I do not just care for babies. I partner with parents to help them understand their baby's cues rhythms and needs so they feel confident supported and informed. I specialize in overnight and newborn support helping parents rest while ensuring babies are cared for safely and professionally. My goal is always to create a peaceful environment where babies thrive and parents feel reassured empowered and supported as a team.
