We've had the absolute pleasure of working with Tiff for most of the past year with our daughter who's almost 15-months. Tiff came into our lives when our little one was just about 5 months old and the two of them bonded almost immediately. Tiff was so caring and engaging with her throughout her early years and could always be found singing with her or reading books or encouraging her to develop her autonomy by exploring and learning about her environment. During our time with Tiff we also worked with two other shorter-term nanny share families and I saw Tiff develop strong relationships with both babies as well as with their parents. Tiff was communicative, responsive, knowledgeable, and took pride in her expertise and experience as a career nanny.
