About Fatou

I am an energetic, warm, and nurturing woman who loves being around kids. I am very active by nature and I take great pleasure in engaging with children and in helping them to discover the simple joys of the world around them. I grew up with many children and families around me all the time and was raised in a culture where "it takes a village" is a guiding principle. I have lots of experience caring for children, and I believe very much that it takes much more than being just a "babysitter". I have been a live-in nanny in (SF, San Mateo, and Alamo/Walnut Creek) for 4 years, with two different families, and with children ranging from several months old through 14 years old. They are now like family to me, and I stay in touch with them and keep up with their children as they grow up. I have most recently served as an in-home nanny for a young family in San Francisco with their son as he grew from 3 months old to date. I am happy to connect you with those families
