I hired tiarra off of here with a fear noone but family has ever watched my children. She was on time, played with my kids, got my kids to bed on time, was very professional, my kids liked her, she did my dishes, fed my kids dinner and did light house work. I have 4 children, ages 9,7,3, and 9 months. The 3 year old doesn't communicate very well and somehow she was able to watch him and put him to bed well which is hard for my husband and I sometimes. I would definitely hire her again. She's very flexible if you have a wedding or something, and you can't get back at a certain time.
