We are hired and trained as Direct Support Professionals to aid these people. Tiara is responsible, caring and a kind person to our handicap daughter who is 29 years old. Our daughter has medical and hygiene needs, and Tiara caught on quick with the shadow training. Our daughter adores her and she trust her. We now have hired her on a weekly basis for a couple of hours in the morning. I'm glade I checked the Care site.
