About Tiana

I am an experienced and compassionate childcare provider with a strong background in working with children of various ages and developmental needs. In addition to my nannying experience, I currently work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, supporting children with autism and other developmental differences. Through this role, I've developed a deep understanding of child behavior, communication strategies, and individualized care approaches. My work has given me valuable skills in patience, structure, and positive reinforcement-tools that I integrate into everyday caregiving. I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
