About Tiana

My name is Tiana, and I have over 10 years of experience in the caregiving field. I am passionate about helping others and providing compassionate, dependable care to those in need. I am currently enrolled in college pursuing my bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Studies, and I am also taking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course to further expand my knowledge and skills in supporting children and individuals with behavioral needs. I am certified in PCA and CPR, and I take pride in being reliable, responsible, and bringing positive energy into every environment I work in. I also have reliable transportation, which allows me to be punctual and dependable. As a military wife who comes from a large family of 10 siblings, I have developed strong values of patience, resilience, teamwork, and compassion, which continue to guide my dedication to caring for and supporting others.
