I have no complaints or even suggestions for improvement. Denise is SO attentive to my mom. They go on outings and sometimes my mom doesn't want to come home! Denise is very patient with her repeating herself, reminds her to take her meds and makes sure she has something to eat. If another family is thinking of hiring her: she's AMAZING; unless your hours will cut ours; in that case she's horrible! Lol
