About Tiana

Hi! I'm Tiana, 25. I believe every child and adult deserves to feel safe, encouraged, and valued, and I strive to build trusting relationships with every family I support. I have experience as a public elementary school paraeducator and providing in-home support for children and adults on the autism spectrum, helping with daily living skills, socialization, and emotional support. I've also served in children's ministry through Journey Community Church and as Lead Childcare for the Arabic Family Center, caring for children from toddlers to teens. Growing up in a large family, I've also enjoyed helping care for infants and young children. My Christian faith inspires me to serve others with kindness, patience, and compassion. I'm a non-smoker, have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and am happy to help with light housekeeping.
