Hi, I'm Shelby! I've been caring for children and individuals with special needs for several years, and it's truly something I love doing. I'm patient, dependable, and really value building meaningful connections with the people I work with. I've worked with kids of all ages, from infants to pre teens, and I have experience supporting both children and adults with developmental and cognitive challenges. I always try to create a calm, supportive environment where everyone feels safe and seen. I'm also a huge animal lover and I have cared for pets my whole life and would be more than happy to help with any furry family members too. Families I've worked with describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to communicate with. I'm looking for a long term position with a family who values trust, kindness, and open communication.
