Hi!
I am the second oldest of eight children so I have pretty much been babysitting my entire life. I have babysat for other families for 17 years now and have two children of my own (12 and 14 years old). I also used to do daycare at the Renton Area Youth and Family Services Center so I have experience with all ages as well as large groups. I have had CPR/first aid training and I have a clean background and driving record. I love children and can't wait to meet you and yours! :) Thanks!
FULLY VACCINATED!

Tiana was great with our 7mo old daughter. She jumped right in with confidence, starting playing right away and our daughter was happy and cared for. I would recommend!!

Tiana was an amazing first time babysitter, we loved having her! She is punctual, kind and really hit it off with our 2 year old. She will definitely be our go to for any babysitting needs.

Tiana was excellent! Arrived on time, got to know our 1.5 year old quickly and had an excellent evening. Hope to work with her again soon!

Tiana did a great job with our 1 yr old who was being cared for by a person other than her parents for the first time. Tiana was able to keep her happy and engaged throughout the time we were out. She even stayed later than the agreed end time voluntarily until we came back.

Our lil girl was happy in her care. Tiana has a calm gentle manner. So pleased to have found her.

Tiana has been great with my 10 month old. They seemed to get along immediately, despite Tiana being my daughter's second non-family babysitter (the other was a close friend she had spent time around before, so almost like an aunt). Tiana is really kind and friendly, and she gets right down on my daughter's level and interacts with her. I felt like I could trust her instinctively, and I feel that my daughter is safe and well cared for when Tiana is with her. She's also extremely dependable and prompt. I will be using her regularly in the future and am happy to recommend her!

We hired Tiana to watch our 3 year old after the first person we hired became very unreliable. Tiana was a breath of fresh air. She was always on time or early. She is so easy going. Our son loved the variety of activities Tiana did with him, whether it was coloring, reading, going to the park, playing with toys or puzzles, or venturing around town. I was never nervous to have her watch him, I knew he was in good hands. I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to others.

Tiana is wonderful and I'm glad to have her as a childcare provider. She's flexible with her availability, the kids love her and she always makes sure she and the kids clean up the area before I return home.

She did a great job! We have 3 toddlers, the youngest of who decided to be extra cranky all day (using "teething" as an excuse...). Tiana came in, listened to the quirks of each of the boys, and handled it like a pro!

We've used temp nanny services in the past and have seen the whole gambit of people. She is easily within the top percentage, and we would definitely hire again! She was friendly, personable with the kids, and even calmly talked our middle son down when he was having a toddler tantrum.

Tiana was our son's first baby sitter so I was a little nervous when we left the house that first time. Tiana is a natural though and my son, who is 7 months old, seemed to enjoy her company. The second time we hired Tiana she texted to let us know when he went to sleep and he was still sound asleep when we got home. She is extremely punctual, professional, and polite and she helped ease my anxiety. I definitely recommend her!

We used Tiana for date night. I was nervous to leave our little one for the first time but thanks to her great reviews and her calm demeanor with him I was able to get out and enjoy date without worrying about him! She updated me during that he was sleeping, which kept me at ease. She was on time and was able to come over the day before so we could all meet each other. Would recommend her. :)

Tiana was quick to respond to my request for a last-minute date night sitter when the scheduled one flaked. She communicated with me beforehand, arrived early and seemed very comfortable watching the kids. The kids liked her and were asleep when we got home. Will definitely hire her again.

On time and easy to book. Kids enjoyed their time with her. No hassles.

Tiana responded instantly when we needed a last minute babysitter because our arranged babysitter cancelled, and she arrived within 30 minutes! She was great and sweet with our 3 year old son (who normally has separation anxiety) and kept us updated during the night. Our son even asked for Tiana the next day.

Tiana has sat for our 10 month old twice now and she has been great both times. She was very confident in watching him and that put us at ease. She was punctual both times. We plan on using her more in the future.

Tiana contacted me in regards to my need for last minute care. She quickly exchanged her contact information and provided me her background check. I read her reviews, all of which speak highly of her. Tiana arrived early and was so sweet and reassuring and the kids loved her. They played Uno watched a movie and practiced their reading. She had them in bed as asked and checked in with me half way through the night. The kids asked if she will come back because they really liked her. We will definitely seek out Tiana for any future needs. Thank you so much Tiana. Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference anytime!

I hired Tiana when my son was in elementary and middle school for babysitting a couple of times a month. She was always on time and very dependable. She also did extra things around the house without my asking like cooking dinner and cleaning. She did such a great job that I ended up hiring her to house sit for me as well when we went out of town. She even took on the difficult job of taking care of our very elderly dog that required a lot of extra care when she was here. I highly recommend Tiana for any job. She has a great work ethic that can be hard to find. If she still lived close to me I'd hire her again in a heart beat.
