I am a dedicated and student-centered professional with experience working with children since 2017, along with personal experience as a mother, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to build meaningful connections with students and families. In my role as a District EC Behavior Technician, I support students with diverse behavioral, emotional, and educational needs by implementing effective behavior strategies and creating positive learning environments that encourage growth and success. I am known for my strong communication skills, calm approach under pressure, and passion for helping children reach their full potential while collaborating effectively with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
