Hello! My name is Thuli, I'm 29 years old and I'm a dedicated and nurturing nanny with nearly 5 years of experience. I've worked with children from 2months to 13 years old including kids with ADHD and autism. Im rooted in patience and structure. Having worked with a lot of kids on the spectrum I've come to realize the importance of structure and routine. I'm passionate about childcare and committed to each child's individual growth and development. I've worked with multiple kids at a time and I always try to tailor to each child's needs according to their personality and character, whether it's helping a baby reach milestones, encouraging creativity and independence in toddlers, or providing guidance and homework support for older kids. I strive to create a positive and safe environment where children thrive. I believe in building strong, respectful relationships with both children and parents.
