About Michaela

Hello! My name is Michaela, and I'm a dedicated child care provider with over 7 years of experience nurturing and educating children in both home and learning center settings. I currently work as a lead teacher in a 2-year-old classroom, where I focus on supporting early development through play-based learning, structure, and lots of patience and care. In addition to my current role, I also have extensive experience working with infants, and I understand the importance of providing gentle, responsive care during those critical early months. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel secure and loved. My background includes over 5 years in learning centers, where I've developed a strong foundation in early childhood education and built lasting relationships with families. My goal is to support each child's growth while giving parents peace of mind.
