Thi is amazing. If you want a caregiver that actually cares about your loved one, she is your person. She is a strong patient advocate and not afraid to voice her concern if something could be better. I had Thi at two different care facilities with my mother and I’m not even sure what would have happened if she was not there when I could not be. She gave me such a piece of mind as a partner in mom’s care. This is the second time we have hired Thi and I would not think twice about hiring her again. She truly cares and my mother loved her almost immediately. I will always be thankful for the care she gave mom. She is a true Angel.
