I have been a private duty caregiver for over 20 years and have worked with seniors with dementia and psychiatric care. Currently I am a Health Care Technician Supervisor in Critical Care at the VA of Pittsburgh, PA where I have worked since 2006. As an employee at the VA facility, I have taken care of veterans, male/females with illnesses such as psychiatric, Alzheimer's/Dementia, cancer, substance abuse and wound care. I love what I do because helping others is my passion. I have attended Bradford School Of Business for Medical Assistant-1992 and Community College Of Allegheny County Braddock Hills-2006, and CCAC for Drug and Alcohol Therapy.

Theresa cared for my mom for about 5 months. She was always professional and good about communication for rare occasions where she might be unavailable, giving me sufficient time to explore other options. She is knowledgeable about health care and was excellent in caring for injuries my mom sustained after a fall (on someone else's watch). Theresa often went the extra mile to try to delight my mom and showed sincere care and concern for her. I would definitely encourage you to meet with her to see if she can meet your needs.
