About Theresa

As an educator with 15 years of experience, I became a caregiver because of the impact my teachers made during my childhood. They supported me through difficult times, so it's important to me to support families and their children with all the knowledge I've acquired through coursework and classroom experience. I'm comfortable caring for 1-3 children at a time, and I'm experienced in teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten-aged children in my last few years . I love doing fun activities like crafts and exploring our surroundings. I am both firm and loving, passionate, and empathetic. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise using a report sheet. I'm willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
