About Theresa

Hello, my name is Theresa and I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach that has a passion for both fitness and helping family's be the best version of themselves. I have played many sports growing up including soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, and track. I myself had an off season coach that I learned from and looked up to. I offer both off season coaching and in season coaching. We would focus on keeping your child active with both strength and conditioning exercises to improve agility and endurance for their sport or just their overall health.
