Hello! I have always been passionate about nature and health, and I recently started teaching life skills (to both children and adults) that are no longer taught in schools. From homesteading & survival basics to mindfulness, healthy relationships, peaceful parenting, healthy eating, communication skills, organizing... The list of healthy habits I can help you and your family achieve is endless! I have a degree in psychology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a certificate in the prestigious Yale University course, The Science of Well-Being, among many other credentials and studies, as well as a background in clinical behavioral health and social work. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide advice. I am not a licensed provider or practitioner. I simply teach life skills regarding nature, food, relationships, and general wellness.
