Thais worked for our family from May 2021 to present. She worked an average of 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm, including occasional help on the weekends. When Thais arrived we had a ~3 year old and newborn baby (now 5.5 and 3 years old). Her love for young children was evident from day one, and she handled the challenges of their different stages head on. She is amazing at adding structure to what others would find a very chaotic situation. She strikes the right balance of being loving, but also enforcing discipline/consistency when the kids push her boundaries. Thais is extremely professional and has never been late or forgotten a commitment. In addition to following our priorities for a schedule, she has proactively kept the kids busy by arranging playdates with other nannies and finding activities that they love. She is also very organized with preparing meals/snacks. I highly recommend Thais as a nanny. Any family will be lucky to have her!
