About Shantel

My husband and I just wrapped up 6 weeks with Shantel, and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for care. She has been with us since our baby was a few days old and has been a lifesaver in terms of getting sleep and guiding us through the first few weeks. For us, she came 10 hours (9pm-7am) but she can do up to 12 hours each night. She also handles the baby’s laundry and washing any pump & bottle parts. We found it especially helpful to have her teach us about all things newborn, like how to do bath time, setting up a sustainable feeding schedule, answering our many diaper change questions, providing product recommendations, and even light guidance on pumping and nursing. Shantel has a very calm demeanor while still giving strong direction and guidance, which we really appreciated. She’s been working as a night nurse for 10+ years and came recommended to us through a close friend.
