About Thais

Hi! I'm Thais, a recent Sociology graduate from San Francisco State University looking for a part-time or full-time nanny position this summer. I have over 10 years of experience working with children as an au pair, nanny, after-school educator, and teacher at a Waldorf school. I love getting to know each child's unique personality and creating a caring environment where they feel safe, supported, and free to be themselves. I enjoy spending time outdoors, visiting parks and libraries, doing arts and crafts, reading stories, and finding fun ways to turn everyday moments into learning opportunities. Whether it's helping with homework, planning creative activities, or simply being a trusted and consistent presence, I enjoy being part of a child's growth and development. Originally from Brazil, I bring a warm, positive, and patient approach to caregiving. I'm available immediately and have a flexible schedule throughout the summer.
