About Teya

Hi! My name is Teya, and I'm a first-year Sociology student at San Francisco State University. I have two years of experience as a Gymnastics Summer Camp Counselor, where I worked with children ages 4-12 and helped create a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I'm energetic, responsible, patient, and empathetic, and I truly enjoy spending time with kids and getting to know their individual personalities and interests. I love keeping children engaged through arts and crafts, games, reading, outdoor activities, and cozy movie nights! Safety and communication are my top priorities. I am CPR certified and always make sure children feel comfortable, cared for, and included. I understand that every child is different, and I'm happy to adapt to their needs and routines while providing dependable and positive care.
