About Tess

Empowering young learners to discover their potential is the heart of my tutoring practice. I believe education is a space where students build confidence and resilience, moving beyond simple memorization to truly love the learning process. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and celebrating small successes, I help elementary students gain momentum in Math, English, Test Preparation, and Music & Drama. I prioritize open communication with parents to ensure our approach remains perfectly aligned with your child's unique needs. Through active listening and consistent positive reinforcement, I create a supportive environment where students feel safe to grow. Seeing a student's confidence blossom as they master a new skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I am truly honored to walk alongside your family as we foster a lifelong curiosity and a deep belief in your child's abilities.
